Is it necessary for Shopify to review all app features?

I've integrated Shopify into my SaaS app. And I've applied that app for Shopify so user/merchant can connect my App from Shopify app store directly. But while review process, they're testing other features of app also. Is it necessary to test other features of app which is not regarding Shopify?
