If so, I've just tried adding the app to my store and was able to do so successfully. To rule out any browser caching issues on your end, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below to see if it'll allow you to successfully add the app to your store:

• Try to add the Order Printer app to your store via an incognito window.
• Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser's cookies and cache before adding the app.
• You can also try another browser. For example, if you're using Safari, you can try to add the app on Chrome or Firefox.
• You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop or computer.
