Looking for an app which can process orders automatically from eBay

I currently run a drop shipping store which uses eBay to fulfill orders. I have been doing the orders my self which hasn't been a problem due to a low amount of orders. However I am now getting many orders and have been paying someone to process them for me. Now even paying this person is turning into a tight turn around, and it is limiting the growth I can have since I am limiting orders. I have done some research but can't seem to find anything which can automatically process orders for me from eBay. Hope there are some suggestions, thanks.
