Need a bundler app which works with discount codes

hi, we have a website www.thefatbutcher.co.uk

One of our main products is buying 9 meats and paying for 6 which we use Shopify Automatic discount for https://www.thefatbutcher.co.uk/collections/build-your-own-box

However, we then cant use discounts at checkout?

One solution was to we use the app Bundle Builder https://www.thefatbutcher.co.uk/apps/bundles/bundle/64914 , we still need the individual products for upsell, but what happens if someone clicked on the individual products, for example, one from https://www.thefatbutcher.co.uk/products/extra-lean-steak-mince 

Then they could add up to 9, outside of the app URL, and then they don’t get the discount?

The main issue is we need to use the products both in the bundler app and separately, both for sale and upsell

My thoughts are we need to keep discounts with Shopify, but how do i do the bundle, but also allow for individual sales/upsells etc?
