New Facebook App Issues

I saw that there was a new Facebook channel and started the process  of switching over. But there is a problem. Its saying I don't have a business account  with Facebook but I do and I don't have an Instagram account but I do. I tried contacting Facebook they told me to talk to shopify. I talk to shopify and have not got a response from the support team. Im not sure how to fix this or if this is something that I can fix. Any advice can help.

Not working for me either. Facebook and Instagram are more closely integrated now which means my store cannot connect to two of the largest social media and advertising platforms.

I'm happy to be patient due to the ongoing circumstances but a quick update/acknowledgement from Shopify before the fix would be a big help.
