Pinterest and Amazon in Australia

Is there a reason why the Pinterest and Amazon apps are restricted to Canda and the US?

What about us small folk in the land down under?

Came here to say the same.  We have no physical store presence, 100% online with 90% of customers in US however because Im in Australia Pinterest App is not compatible. I still havent heard back from Pinterest on the issues either.
