Product Options : add quantity to options (color + size)

Hello everyone,

I'm setting up a B2B store offering customized sportwear and sports accessories.

I am looking for a "product option" app that would have advanced features. Specifically, I would like to be able to add a quantity to a color and a size.
Here is a good example of what I have in mind : link 1 (the selected options add up in a table).

Does anyone know an app on the market that can offer such feature ?

Thank you so much for your reply !

I am currently using the dynamic product option app by Itoris which is good fit for my shop. I can handle quantities for each sizes which is good enough, considering their math formula is the real deal for me.

I'll keep in mind MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order for future projets.
