Purchase Order App Suggestions

Hello folks! This is a bit of a weird one. I'm looking for an app that lets a customer turn their order into a purchase order instead of paying for it. I've found a few that go that far, but here's the catch: The customer checking out needs to be able to specify their own purchase order number. Does anyone have any idea if there's an app out there that does that?
