Refund sixads app Payment

By mistake i was buy a plan sixads app. please give me a suggestion how to my refund payment in paypal account.

I'd love to help you out with this today. To provide some context, app billing is actually separate from your Shopify subscription billing, though it is invoiced via Shopify. Therefore, App Devs must authorize app-related refunds. To move forward with a refund follow these steps:

1. Make sure the app is uninstalled
2. Connect with the App Dev directly with your refund request
3. If your refund is approved, the App Dev will coordinate your refund with our Billing team 
   (You won't need to contact our Billing team directly)

Good to Know: 

If and when a refund is processed, please allow 5-7 business days for bank processing times to see the funds back in your account.

please refund my sixads payment as soon as possible.i already un install
this app but my payments are not refund by you whats the problem that take
so much time.please resolve my payment problem thanks.i am waiting for your

As I mentioned earlier, app refunds must be requested from the the App Developer directly. Let me know if you have any further questions around this.
