Requesting new scope for approved App - is App review required?

Hi Shopify Experts,

We have an approved unlisted app QMocha AI Virtual Photoshoot that transforms studio imagery to lifestyle imagery for Shopify products. We now want to request a new scope write_themes during app install.

Do we need to get the app reviewed again to use the new scope or can we simply add it to the existing approved app?
