Return Management

Hi , I'm looking for an app that can restrict return pickup request to a set of  pincodes that we upload.  The reason for this :

 A Lot of  times the courires will deliver to a pincode BUT will not Pick up. In this case we can reaach out to the customer ( once he discovers that we will not be able to facilitate a Pick up ) and ask him to courier it and we  will reimburse him for it. 

Is there an app that takes care of this complexity ??
