Review rewarding app

Hi everyone ! To make people come back and add some more social proof I would like to find an app that will generate and send a coupon to my customers once they leave a review with photo. I know that Yotpo has this features but its free plan only include it for text review. In this case, do you think I could do that creating a flow on Klaviyo ? 

Otherwise, do you an app that could do that and has it include in its free plan for reviews with photo ?
