Selling software subscriptions online (new orders and later add-ons)

I am looking to use Shopify + for selling a SaaS based solution - kind of like Zoom.  The product will be a one-time purchase or Subscription based.  Also, for the Subsciption based the customer will need to have the option to add to their Subscription whenever they would like.

I'll use Comcast as purely an example.  The customer buys Cable, but then later logs into My Account and wants to add Internet, is that possible to do in Shopify today with one of the apps like Bold or ReCharge?  Again, this is a service and not a product.
