There appears to be a lot of the same error in the forums - Has anyone had a response from Shopify/eBay as of yet?
Shopify not connecting to eBay - s-00.storeconnect.io redirected you too many times - access_denied

Over the last 2 days I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with eBay trying to navigate their security profiles.
Apparently whats happened (to my account at least) is that the Shopify Integration/Engine attempted to log in too many times over a short period and eBay locked my account due to potentially suspicious behaviour.
After resecuring my eBay account, New Passwords, 2 step Authentication, New Secret questions etc. and several callbacks, they were able to reset the Security Flag on my account.
Security Flag/Error - 57 - apparently !
However, when I try and reconnect to eBay via the Connect button in Shopify, I get the same message.
eBay support is sending me an email so I can respond with screenshots and copies of the link from the eBay pop-up authentication window.

I had to install Edge Browser, but happy to as I had tried everything.

Why was no one from Shopify or eBay able to step up and suggest this ?
Does Shopify Support even monitor these forums ?
If switching the browser also not working for you, then I would suggest you please check out the live support of the respective app which you are using to connect your Shopify store to the eBay Marketplace.
Also, there are many other integration apps available on the Shopify App store, Which you can check and get installed on your Shopify store to manage the products and orders from Shopify to ebay and vice-versa. They also provide free testing for the app for a few days so that you can check all your business requirements with the respective app and then you can continue if you like it.
