Currently, our company is operating our Shopify in Singapore.
We understand that Shopify has presence in almost everywhere in the world.
We would like to ask if we can use our existing Shopify account and operate in other countries/regions; where we can assign these individual regions their own Admin password and we will be the Main host/Admin to monitor them ?
For example: customers in individual countries/regions can go to our current Shopify platform at www.beaconshealth.com and select the drop-list of countries/regions.

If you wanted a completely unique experience for geo-located versions of your website where the website is in the customers' native language and currency. You can also change the text/look of the website so it's tailored for each individual locations. In order to do this you will need to set up multiple Shopify accounts (stores). This would require them to be on their own individual monthly/annual subscription plans.
However, once you do that, you can use an app such as Geolizr that is going to link all of the country-specific stores together and automatically redirect the customer to the appropriate one based on their geolocation. For example, when a customer from Canada goes to your website, they will be redirected to the Canadian store (account) compared to a customer from Singapore who will be redirected to the Signapore store (account).

It is best if you can set multiple sites across countries/ regions serving different domains. Thus, you can control the differences of products, prices, currencies, languages, shipping cost, stock availability etc in regions, bringing local to different markets. Accordingly, you need to have multiple domains, like exampleshop.com, exampleshop.co.uk, exampleshop.ca, exampleshop.au for US, UK, Canada and Australia market. Individual Shopify account is required for each domain. Furthermore, to effectively engage with customers, you can auto direct visitors to correct shop based on their location. For example, Geo Targetly. With its Geo Redirect tool, it detect visitors locations based on IPs and auto direct them to correct shops.
Alternatively, while you may use another subdomain to run a second shop under the same Shopify account. However, it limits the flexibility to control differences like currencies, prices etc across regions. Auto direct visitors to correct URL pages based on their countries/regions is still a boost for customer conversion rate. Hope it helps!
