Shopify POS Connects via BT but wont Print Receipts or Open Cash Drawyer (STAR mPOP-A0292)

I find this a bit frustrating and need urgent help. I have logged a support call via the POS app and nor response.

We are busy testing and have found the Receipt printer and Cash Drawer works fine after testing it on a Windows PC.

We did all the necessary updates including the brand new iPad and the Shopify POS App with no luck.


Can someone please help.
