Specific Products - Order by Phone

Hello, I am selling parts and there are specific products that have to be shipped freight. I want customers to have to call in for those specific products and not be able to order online. 

Are there any apps that help me set up rules like this? Or maybe coding it.

Yes you can do this with code. You have to assign a tag with specific product and then make code accordingly. 
This code will be done in collection products loop, product single page and in other parts where products are visible. 
In this way 'add to cart ' option will be hidden from these specific products and you can display custom text accordingly.
