Suggestions for events tracking and marketing app?

Any advice on how to track events around the world, and target customers accordingly?

I am helping a friend set up a new store and she wants to sell flags. She wants to target various national days around the world (Australia day, US independence day, etc etc) and other relevant holidays like Mardi gras (for LGBT flags) and other such occasions. Ideally, an app to switch marketing for her would be great, which isn't there. Anyone else knows how to get around this issue any other way?
