Looking for a t-shirt printing app with larger design area?

I've used a few different apps on here to print designs on shirts and they've worked well so far, but I've been searching for an app that offers a larger printing area on the shirts themselves and haven't been able to find one. Most apps allow for a printing area around the chest but I'm trying to find one that also prints along the waist area of the shirt. I've attached an example shirt that shows what I'm going for, would anyone be able to suggest an app that would offer a larger printing area than most other apps?
