How can I fix the mobile view issue in Timely booking system?

Hi all, 

I have installed Timely to allow clients to book their own appointments etc however on a mobile device, half of the booking system is cut off the page. Can sometimes be rectified if client turns phone landscape but not always. Appears like I need to move it across but as this is an app, I cannot do that. Any advice please?
