Understanding the app billing cycle: Does reinstalling affect recurring charges?

My client installed the app and approved the subscription on August 4th.

We have added an app usage charge in the app so we asked the client to re-install the app.

If the client uninstalls and installs the app with the same plan today(08/14/2023), is the billing cycle for recurring charges unaffected?
