Webhook shopify and app settings

Hello everyone! I have two questions about shopify api for app. Can something help me? Thanks!
1) I want to create app that will made some action after show site product. Should I use webhook? Which webhook is for this task. 

2)I setup sinatra app from tutorial shopify. Does app URL always to url for install app in app's settings. I don't understand it.
