What affordable support ticket system can I use with HTML templates?

I need a support ticket system and I see that there are Html templates being sold. Is there some relatively low cost application.

This is MooseDesk - All-in-one solution for ecommerce customer service/ticketing system app. Since you have question regarding support app, I would live to offer my support in any way I can.

 

So Blair actually gives you some famous names in the ticketing system apps, I would like to add some recent reviews on all of them (and other apps) to help you grasp the whole picture in order to pick the right customer service apps for your business. Since you want a low-cost solution, I will sort this list from cheapest to most expensive 🙂

 

1. MooseDesk

 

In terms of cost, well it's free 🙂

 

So MooseDesk is the newest app that has just been released for couple of weeks. It basically serves like Gorgias and Zendesk but with all-in-one ticketing system (we connect all requests from all channels into one helpdesk). MooseDesk has inbuilt performance analytics. UI designed with -Shopify-standard (meaning cliches are minimized). Easy-to-operate. 

 

However, since it's new, there are advanced features (like Macro, AI, ..) are still in development. All the features will be soon available but those who use this app now are considered early birds and will get all these features for free (for life)

 

So if you are looking for a cheap solution with potential to be great, I think get and keep MooseDesk right now is a great strategic move (without any cost).

 

2. RichPanel & WillDesk.

 

Richpanel costs you about 100$/month.

WillDesk costs you 0-10$/month

 

They are alike so I will put them into one category. So the biggest advantage of these two apps are they focus heavily on optimizing showing tickets from social channels, live chat. If you are big on the SNS, I think they do bring a good tool.

 

However, for ticketing in email format, I think they still lack some points to display them visually pleasing (in my opinion).

 

3. Reamazed

 

It costs you 29-70$/month.

 

The UI is email-focused however it's still not that flexible for me. To be honest it looks a lot like Gorgias, so if you ever like Gorgias or familiar with it, you might find Reamaze a good catch. Moreover they have a mobile app that come in handy

 

I think overall it's nice, but if it's a great value for money, cause there are better choice with just a slightly higher price (RichPanel) and options that are provide same features but less expensive (MooseDesk, WillDesk)

 

4. Gorgias & ZenDesk

 

Gorgias: 50-750$/month. 3 seats

ZenDesk: 55$/seat/month

 

Since their pricing plan is charged per seat, the final price you have to pay is quite expensive.

 

They are considerable as big names in the customer support software industry. They offer wide range of features. I think that whatever you might need, they all have that. However in terms of better UI and organization, Gorgias is sure a better opponent compared to ZenDesk. I think their setting is quite complex and got me a long time to get used to it.

 

However since they are quite pricey, their target customer seems to be big companies and enterprises. Their support team also have some negative reviews on being hard to reach.
