What app can help manage product options in my online store?

Hi all, 

I'm looking for a specific feature in my shopify. 

Can someone direct me to the correct app or help page on how I can manage this please? 

It is per product so that you can choose multiple options (colors of balloons) and ask for more info (ex. What name do you want on the balloon) 

To make it easy I added a picture of what I mean!
