What happens to trial data when a GDPR webhook request is made?

I have a basic app offering to 7 days trial and save in database the days remaining from trial. What happend if request for shop redact customer is triggered? I have to remove anything from database? 
If i have to remove all details stored in database then is bad because if the customer uninstall the app after 6 days (7 days being free trial) and trigger the /customer/redact then is deleting the details from db so customer can install the app and start 7 days trials again which is not fair.

shop redact request is sent in 48 hours after a customer uninstalled your app; so, no need to be worried about this. customer redact request is sent to delete a customer data (not your merchant data) - it applies if your app stores customer data  - for example if you app stores order details with the customer's information, such as, name and address.

Thanks for fast respose but on "shop/redact" they want me to delete all the data related to the shop which is not that great because i need to store in my db if the customer has already installed the app previous so i can give him the free trial days.
