What's the best app for setting up paid memberships on my website?

I’m looking for a membership app to setup paid membership on my website. I want to allow customers to view products on my store as well as prices. But if they want to checkout they have to sign up and pay an annual membership fee. I have setup Appstle but it doesn’t do what I need.

Why not choose VIP Tiers Program which is quite like membership?

You can set up how many points customers can get after placing an order, and set up which VIP tier your customers can reach after they earn enough points. Points can be redeemed for discounts or coupons. The higher Vip Tiers your customers are, the more discounts they can get.

Your customers don't need to sign up or pay fees when they are shopping.
