What's the best pick-up order organization app with email notifications?

I am looking for an app that allows me to organize pick-up/collection orders at our store. Key features are e-mail notifications to customers (when the package is ready for collection) and the option to scan the packages upon collection/have customers sign for collection.

I haven't managed to find an app like this in the Store yet, do you have any suggestions?
