Where to insert Icon Bars code in a specific Collection page?

Hello,

I am using the Guarantees & Features Icons App. 

I would like to add an Icon Bars to specific Collection pages. 

Since I want this specific Icon bar only on one Collection page, i cant find the right place in the code.

This is the snippet:

Where do i have to put it?
