Can anyone please tell me why I am getting the attached message when I try to add apps from the Shopify App Store to my site? Thanks.

So, we don't have any additional reports of this happening at the moment, so I believe what you're experiencing is likely a local issue, and something likely directly related to the browser you're using.
If possible, please login to the Shopify App Store via a different browser, and then try adding the app to your store. Let me know if you continue to get the same error! This will help us determine if it's indeed something local, or an issue with your shop.

Hey again, @Molly8! Glad to hear that using a different browser did the trick for you! This definitely implies that it was a local issue with the original browser you were using. You should be able to resolve that by doing a cache and cookies clear of the browser! I've attached a webpage by Norton to this comment for you to check out if you'd like to complete that clear. These issues can also clear up on their own after a bit of time.
What sort of apps were you downloading to your store? Are you looking to improve your customer conversion by using some customer loyalty apps? I'd love to hear about what you're working on!
