Why are my Judge.me reviews not appearing on my website?

So my judge.me reviews were working yesterday, added a brand new product to my store and now all of a sudden my reviews aren't popping up on my website. When I go to customise my store its there in the preview but as soon as I actually visit my website its not showing. I also tried using ali reviews as well and it doesn't pop up too. Any fix?

I understand that you're using Judge.me reviews and the reviews stopped appearing after you added a new product. However, adding a new product isn't likely to cause any issues with apps and you may need to get help with third-party apps from the app developer. We'd also recommend reviewing Judge.me's installation guide, Installation guide for Shopify usersand if you need further assistance, then you can also email them at the bottom of the Judge.me Knowledge Base
