Why can't I connect Lulu shipping rates in the direct app?

I’m having trouble with setting up shipping with the lulu direct app.

 

Following instructions I’ve set up shipping zones and custom rates for lulu as its own shipping profile, but when I then go over to lulu app to manually map it on, the rates I’ve set up don’t show up in the options.

 

Any advise please

Because this is a third party app, our own support would not be able to look into this for you, however I checked their app listing and found that they have a phone number (1 (844) 212-0689) as well as an email address (integrations@lulu.com) through which you can get in touch with their support.

 

On that same listing I saw in some of the reviews that other users described a similar issue to what you're having now with not being able to connect, but they were able to get it resolved with the app's support.

 

I see that this is a print on demand book printing app, which is a super interesting concept - are you a writer yourself? I wanted to share an article from our Shopify Blog with you on How to Sell Books Online - I think it will be beneficial to have a look at as it offers some advice from professionals in the industry, and goes into details such as marketing and developing your brand.
