Hi, When I used the Shop App and go to checkout, I get this message: "Your payment details couldn’t be verified. Check your credit card details and try again." Which I have done already; if anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate them.

Thanks for reaching out. I recommend checking out this help document which outlines the credit card requirements for Shop Pay. If you've ensured that your card meets all the requirements but you still get the error message, you can try removing the card from your account and adding it back. If the issue persists, you can reach out to the Shop support team so we can investigate further.
