Hello my shopify app won't let me uploads any new products to the app, it keeps saying the same thing

Thanks for reaching out here. I can see that you are experiencing some issues when using the Shopify mobile app - I would be happy to help troubleshoot this here.
Firstly, can you confirm if you are using the iOS or Android version of the app? Something that I would highly recommend is to make sure both the app version and your phone firmware/software are fully up to date and you are using the most recent versions available. As with all kinds of applications and operating systems, bugs can pop up from time to time and developers will push updates to fix them quite quickly, so keeping everything up to date can often help to resolve many issues.
Fully rebooting your mobile device and trying this again would be a good idea also. If you have access to another internet connection such as mobile data or an alternative Wi-Fi connection, then please try that to see if the issues persist.
Once you try the above, feel free to let me know your results here. If you can also confirm your mobile device OS, I can provide some more specific troubleshooting steps.

It's an IOS and I have tried all of the above, it's the latest up to date version also

Thanks for getting back to confirm you are using the iOS version of the app, and that you have already tried my suggested troubleshooting steps.
As the issue is persisting after following the above steps, I would suggest trying to remove all sessions for the app and then launching the app again. To do this, you can do the following:
1. Navigate to the native 'Settings' application on your iOS device.
2. Navigate to the 'Shopify' app within the 'Settings'.
3. Toggle 'Remove all sessions on next launch' to 'ON'
I would also recommend checking if 'Cross-Website tracking' is enabled as advised on this resource here, as it is necessary for iOS version 14 or higher. As a last resort, deleting the Shopify app from your device and then reinstalling it may help to clear out any issues.
