Why is my inbox start chat button not working?

Hi, after Dec 26, 2023, the Shopify Inbox app won’t work. we’ve all tried testing it on iOS and PCs and Apple iPads on various browsers, both private and public and nothing works. The start button continues to be grayed out and we have not received any messages from customers since December 26. we’ve updated the app and everything else and checked all the settings and nothing works. We’re losing orders because customers can’t contact us and it’s hurting our business. Please help!
