Why is there an error on the Products tab in my App?

I’m seeing an error message on the App only when I click on the Products tab and I’m pretty sure I have the latest version.

Thanks for flagging this. 


Double check you're using the most up-to-date version of the Shopify Mobile App, as mentioned here. 9.127.0 (Android) - Sept 11th, 2023 or 9.127.0 (iOS) - Sept 11th, 2023.


I am going to share some troubleshooting steps for both Android and iOS below:




1. Issues with the Shopify Mobile application can sometimes be resolved by clearing the apps' cache:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Info (May also be Settings > Apps > Your Apps).

  2. Choose the Shopify Mobile app from the list.

  3. Click/Tap Storage.

  4. Click/Tap both "Clear Cache" & "Clear Data" reading any notifications and accepting the action.






    Also, a clearing of the Android phone browser might need to be done. Chrome mobile browser clearing steps are listed here.



1. Navigate to the native Settings application on your iOS device.

2. Navigate to the Shopify app within the `Settings`.

3. Toggle Remove all sessions on next launch to ON.
