Hi, I'm trying to connect my shopify to my snapchat account but this is the only thing that is coming up when i click on the snapchat Ads.Shopify Help.png

It looks like you are having issues loading the Snapchat ads app. I've just tested this application out on my end, and it seems to be working just fine. Are you able to completely remove and reinstall the application to see if that solves the loading issue? If not, It's always a good idea to go through a few troubleshooting steps to ensure that this is not a local issue with your device. 

 

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. 
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
