Why won't my POS system receive orders from online platforms?

Hi 

I'm currently trying to finalize the integration of our solution with the shopify online store of one of our client. 

The aim of our solution is to integrate Online platforms such as Ubereats, Shopify etc... and make sure that their orders are pushed to their POS in store. 

We tested everything with our client, it looks like everything is good to go, we are able to snooze their Items, change their menu and more, but we are not receiving their orders in our system. 

Not sure if there is something that I need to update on Shopify for orders to go through.

Anybody can help ?

Are you using Shopify POS or something else?

I'm using something else an App a custom APP

Did you make this app and did it work? If you posted this app to the app store, there are lots of merchants that want these features.
