Hello. I manually installed Yotpo to my store and the widget and starts under product name show up on all formates.
However when we got a review and published it, it is only visible on a desktop site and not when visited on a mobile. Any ideas? I'm assuming I have done something wrong.

Thanks for sharing your question with our team. I was happy to do some research for you, and it looks like this can sometimes happen on custom or third-party themes. Not to worry though, the Yotpo support team can absolutely lend you a hand to help make sure the reviews are installed properly and appearing on both mobile and desktop as expected.
Here are the steps of getting in touch with a third-party app dev:
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.
Next to the name of the app that you need help with, click Get support.
Enter the details of your issue.
Click Send message.
