You can't access this store. Please check your store status

Hi there,

We are developing an embedded public App in Shopify but while reinstalling it in our Shopify development store it giving the below error,

"You can't access this store. Please check your store status"

To our surprise, when I install our App first time, it get installed smoothly to the development store and without any access issue but when I uninstall and reinstall it in the same store  it giving above error.

Can you anybody guide or suggest the solution?
