DAWN theme menu going down and not clickable

I have a huge problem with main header menu

My website is https://antiagecosmetics.com.ua

When I go to second/third page from the home page, menu items are not clickable and before the menu, I got empty space, that is so annoying, how I can fix it?

Please Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code then go to assets/base.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
