How can I add a contact page on the starter plan after free trial?

How do I add a contact page to the starter plan? My free trial is over and I don't have a theme because it has been archived. Thanks for your assistance.

That is a great question! You can certainly add a Contact Us page to your online store using the Starter plan.

Hi Ollie,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have watched the video and read the information in the link you sent. I
have followed the instructions but it seems my spotlight theme doesn't have
a contact page in the drop down list of customise themes. If I want to
change to a different theme the only option I have is to upgrade my plan
from the starter plan. Perhaps this can be changed?

Thanks for the quick response and context you have provided.
 
Would you be able to navigate to Online store > Pages to see if you can create a Contact Us page for the online store theme? Once you have created the page titled Contact Us, you can then navigate to your Theme Editor and select the page to add the Contact Form. I took a couple of screenshots to assist you with the navigation: 
 
Create the Page by selecting Online store > Pages, title the page Contact Us or Get In Touch.

Hi Ollie,

The spotlight theme that came with my starter plan doesn't support adding a
new page. Please check out the theme for yourself and you will see this is
the case. I have also checked out the app downloads but none of the three
contact form apps are compatible with my store. Perhaps you can escalate
this issue to the shopify IT team so they can update the spotlight theme to
include a new page option and also of course the theme customisation
requirement.

In addition to CoolGearGuy's response: There is no ability to add pages to the current spotlight theme. And yet, advertising says a contact page should be included, and upselling says we need to upgrade to add more pages.
