How can I add a link to an image in Impact Theme without using a button?

I'd like to add a link to an image without using a button on my website PulseDevice.com. My store uses Impact theme. Not sure if this is relevant but please note that the current published website has a video header and I intend on replacing that with a still banner image which is where I'd want the link.

Where would there be an option to add a link? That's what I was searching for but I couldn't find anything. Everyone else has said that it requires custom coding
