How can I add a video with text overlay to the Broadcast theme?

I used the Envy theme as a trial, and there was a video with a text overlay section. After browsing a few themes, I bought the Broadcast theme. However, after purchasing the Broadcast theme, I realised that the Broadcast theme did not have a video with a text overlay section. I want to add this video with a text overlay section to my Broadcast theme. Can someone solve this issue?

oh sorry for that issue can you please check your theme default video section you easy to manage add and removed
