How can I adjust the column layout on the product page?

Hi,

I wonder if there is any way to adjust/change the collumn layout on the Product Page.

At the moment, using Debut theme I have 

Product, Status, Inventory, Sales Channels, Category & Vendor.

Ideally I would like to change Category to be Tags.

I am based in the UK and don't really use Category, so it makes sense to me to use Tags instead.

I might be missing something obvious, in that case I apologise for taking your time.
