How can I create a carousel to display influencers on my product page?

Hello people!

I was wondering if anybody can help me to do this type of carousel in order to add it to each product page.

The thing is that this carousel is not for an image product, it is in order to show the influencers/famous people that wear my products.

This is the example that I want to create for my website. Any clue how to create this with HTML?
