How can I edit or remove the hamburger bar in Kales theme?

I am using kales theme and want to remove the hamburger bar or edit it but in edit menu no title is showing for menu or hamburger bar please help me to remove hamburger bar from my store and I have used many different tricks but all are for others themes and I am using kales theme

You can try this code by following these steps: 

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file base.css

Step 3: Paste the below code at bottom of the file -> Save

@media (max-width: 767px){

a.t4s-push-menu-btn {

    display: none !important;

}

}
