How can I edit the automatic email sent from my site's newsletter?

I have a newsletter portion on my site and after a customer signs up with their email they receive an automatic email. The newsletter came with the Shopify design I didn't add it from an external app. My question is how do I edit the email they receive? I did it previously but forgot how I accessed it 😕
