How can I fix a double cursor issue on Safari?

Hey, ive just let somebody install a better zoom-in cursor for when somebody hovers over the product image. But when actually on the site on safari, you can still see the other cursor, like the video I put down below. Does anyone know how I can remove the black glass cursor? Thanks in advance!
