How can I improve my hamburger menu design and add an email subscription?

Hello, 

I'm in the process of creating a website for my brand but cannot find how to make it look like this. Top photo is how I want it to look and bottom is how it looks currently.

1- Wanting to have the upper categories with bigger font and bolder than the categories below.

2-How do I add the email subscription to my page?

3-Have the pop out reach the top of the page and bottom, (can see from how it looks now its not hitting the top of the page).

hello, 

thanks for the advice, I'm very new to this so where within Shopify would I paste the given code for the different sections? 

I tried pasting the code into the "custom CSS section (see reference photo below) and it didn't work? 

for The menu categories how do I choose the category allocation i.e. how do i choose what category will be bold with larger font and non bold with smaller font? 

For the drawer...it didn't work either, again needing to know where to paste the code you provided.
