You can preserve your SEO by setting up URL redirects for each of your pages/products.
https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/menus-and-links/url-redirect
If you use a migration tool (like LitExtension or Cart2Cart), then they will have a paid add-on to handle the URL redirects automatically for you. Otherwise, if you're doing it yourself, then it'll be a fair amount of manual work, to generate a list of all of the URL's from your old site, and then match them with the respective pages/products on Shopify + importing them.
If you set up URL redirects for everything, then in theory, your SEO should probably improve a bit, after migrating to Shopify (or at the very least, stay the same).

There's not an 'easy' way to migrate everything with just a couple of clicks. Migrating a site over to Shopify is definitely a 'process' with many steps.

There are migration tools, which can help with automating the migration of your products, collections, customers, and orders (but they're not free). I'd recommend using LitExtension (https://litextension.com/) or Cart2Cart (https://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/).
As far as keeping the design the same -- you can't just import a website from another platform into Shopify. You would have to pick a theme from the Shopify Theme Store (https://themes.shopify.com/themes) that's similar to your current site, and then rebuild the site, using the theme.
Once you have your data migrated and new theme set up, you would then need to setup all of the back-end settings within the Shopify admin (ex. shipping rates, payment gateways, taxes, notifications, brand settings, etc.).
If you don't have experience with Shopify, there will definitely be a bit of a learning curve. That's why most merchants hire a Shopify Partner to help with completing the migration process (https://www.shopify.com/partners/directory/services/store-setup/migrate-from-another-platform).
